My Sunday Photo – Wisteria

ElthamPalace

I spent a lovely afternoon at Eltham Palace on Friday, having been invited by The White Company and this absolutely stunning wisteria looked and smelled incredible.

It looks beautiful. There’s something very old-fashioned about it. Great photo.

Isn’t there just? I think the setting was also very evocative of that too, a bygone era of the Jazz age X

It’s been beautifully maintained by many generations according to the head gardener at Eltham Palace, just stunning X

It looks so pretty and what a gorgeous, vibrant colour. I very nearly brought myself a wisteria tree today for the front of our house… having seen this, I may have to go back and get it.

Ooh do!! I’d really love one too but the previous owners have completely paved over any former front garden so I’d have to see if it would be possible to drill a bit out to allow us to plant something again X

Nature sure is beautiful in full bloom. #MySundayPhoto
